Black Loft

The apartment is beautifully appointed and stylishly decorated. The location is excellent, north of Reforma and out of the main tourist "noise" but still with good restaurants and cafes around within the block. Be aware that like almost all buildings the sound insulation is not perfect and even this far from Zona Rosa it is still not perfectly quiet (I can't imagine what it would be like staying there) but never enough to disturb me.

The shower never really gets beyond lukewarm even if the sink water is hot.

The property is wonderful having all sort of facilities one could imagine. The host Mr.Rafael ( owner of property) always reply to all queries and he is very kind person. It has best security day & night. Best facility . Best location. Best communication with host. Easy check in . The host is kind enough to allow us early check in subject to availability. The entire facility in apartment is super and very efficient . We enjoyed this apartment and felt as our own home . The son of owner too lives in same apartment and he is very friendly. We also met the host Mr.Rafael on day of check out as he came there to attend a meeting with all flat owners. It’s gem and i recommend to stay here if you want to feel home away home at this property .it has all streaming facility on TV and we enjoyed you tube . It has drinking water facility . It has washing machine with dryer and adequate availability of required detergent soap . It has a fan / cooler too . The every minor requirement which is necessary is taken care and more over it has best kitchen faculty with all utensils and equipment to be used . The stove top is gas based . So cooking is easy . Even we found an umbrella too as Mexico often experience rain . The other best is location and when ever we called uber it came easily to front of building . The locking system is key less and unique able with a code so it’s helpful as need not to keep keys but one has to remember code and we suggest to keep back up by writing on diary with you if you forget . The entire stay is very peaceful and one can enjoy their privacy .

There is nothing we don’t like . We extended a suggestion about the up / downs in private bathroom as the surface is not flat and we felt some uneasiness while using wash basin as it comes under up/ down platform Little minor interior specialist ideas can solve this issue but this is no way affect it’s highest rating .its minor but important suggestion.. some construction work is going on in front of this building where this flat lies and also adjacent building too . Owner ( host can’t control this ) This no way obstruct us to give best rating .

Easy access to the property. The property was attractively furnished and was well equipped. The location was very good.

The bed was not as firm as I prefer.
