"Exceptional value and great location. But need some refinements."

Always someone there at the front 24/7

Room decor and fixtures were older. Top of headboard was dirty. Door lock mechanism to room was very fragile and not very secure.

Great location and spacious apartment

Terrible smell of humidity in the whole apartment and very noisy fridge. Impossible to ventilate because opening doors and windows made the place unsafe as intruders could get in
