We liked the homely atmosphere. House was very warm too. The host also gave restaurant recommendation which was greatly appreciated.

Weather was poor so could not enjoy the place properly.

We couldn't think of a better place around Lake Como to relax and spend an unforgettable New Year's Eve. The views are breathtaking! Despite the distance from Como, the house lies at the heart of an enchanting, fairy tale village. The amenities are great. I could happily live in this apartment :-) The cherry on the cake is the kindness of the hosts. They are sweet, welcoming and attentive. I'll not forget this place, and I hope to come back for more. I'm sure thankful for this.

The apartment was fully equipped with everything necessary for a stay with family. The views from the terrace/garden were amazing and there is even a table outside to also enjoy the view while having lunch or dinner. The host was very friendly and accomodating, she even left as a fruit cake on arrival that was made with the kiwis that grow in the garden of the apartment which was incredible! The location is a bit further away from Como city with a few shops and restaurants, but by car you can be in Como in 15 mins or you can even take a boat that takes 40/50 mins (which I totally think it is worth it and was an incredible suggestion from the host too!!) or there's a bus too.

Just worth noting that the two bedrooms are connected together so a few people may find it a bit uncomfortable if you are adults only... but as we were family all was fine for us.
