"Už tokią kainą super!"

Geras kainos ir kokybės santykis. Visko buvo ko reikėjo. Kieme buvo vietos automobiliui.

Virtuvėje ant grindų buvo trupinių po buvusių nuomininkų. Girgžda grindys.

Trumpai viešnagei už tokią kainą viskas buvo gerai. Butas tvarkingas, švarus ir erdvus. Virtuvėje buvo visko ko gali prireikti.

Minusas girgždinčios grindys, bet čia tik smulkmenėlė.
