The setting right on the waterfront cannot be beaten. Amazing views and close to ferry port. The supermarket is right next door.

In high season it is very noisy. Two flights of stairs can be challenging.

The room was lovely just the air conditioning in full season was slightly too weak for the size of the room. Otherwise great accommodation.

This place has nothing to do with luxury and the linen were with orange stains same the cleaning on the microwave.

Die Lage direkt an der Uferpromenade ist fantastisch! Zwar hört man bis in die Nacht die typischen Geräusche der Tavernen um das Haus herum - aber das gehört um Wohnen im Stadtzentrum dazu!

It was a perfect stay for us. Sprios and his mom are lovely hosts. He went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. The apartment is just a few steps away from everything we need. Plus point for the amazing sunset view from the balcony that we did not expect

The studio was very clean, and the host was extremely kind and welcoming. The location is perfect — right next to the harbor with a beautiful sea view. It is also in the heart of the shopping area and surrounded by many tourist restaurants and cafes. Everything was within walking distance.

Unfortunately, it's quite noisy. The noise from restaurant staff behind, below, and beside the building starts around 8 AM and continues until 2 AM the next day. If you're looking for peace and quiet, it’s nearly impossible to rest. Also, the air conditioner was very weak and had to stay on constantly to keep the room cool.

Our host was super-friendly and very helpful! The closest supermarket was only 20 meters away. And the apartment is really in the very centre of the town!

The view from our balcony didn't really match the pictures in the description. Our balcony was on the side of the building, so we only saw a small bit of the port, but we were quite happy with that anyway.

The apartment is centrally located and looks as it is described in the listing and pictures. It's on the second floor of a building overlooking the marina and is in the middle of the active town area. Spiros met us at checkin and was very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 4 nights and the apartment was cleaned half way through. We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the beautiful sunsets over the marina with all of the bustling activity at the restaurants below. We would definitely stay here again, but people looking at reviews should be aware that Naxos has a later evening schedule than some other islands. There is a lively restaurant next door that plays music until 1230am so if you're looking for early bedtimes just be aware. :-) Otherwise everything was great. Thanks Spiros!

No complaints about the apartment and hosts!

The property was comfortable, clean, great view and fantastic location. There was everything you needed including a small kitchenette. The hosts were friendly and very accommodating with any requests. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel.
