Квартира полностью соответствовала описанию и отзывам. Хорошее месторасположение, близость магазинов рядом, до центра пешком минут 10. Квартира просторная и оборудована всем необходимым.

Желательно все же в квартире иметь кофе, чай, сахар, пару бутылочек воды. Туристы могут приехать поздно вечером, в том числе и в воскресенье, когда магазины в принципе не работают. Это не обязательно, но это дополнительный бонус в пользу жилья. Минимальные затраты, но хозяевам жилья добавляют плюсов. "Жирный" минус, который хотелось бы отметить. Оплачивая апартаменты я была уверена, что никаких дополнительных оплат не потребуется. Подтверждение от booking содержало совершенно четкую и однозначную информацию о том, как сформирована цена. 1 Апартаменты с 1 спальней € 504,67, НДС € 35,33, курортный сбор € 54, уборка € 50. Booking.com заплатит - € 47,52. Общая стоимость € 596,48. Неприятной неожиданностью явилось сообщение от хозяйки апартаментов Татьяны о том, что нам необходимо оставить курортный сбор 54 евро наличными при выезде. Еще более неприятно было от того, что уточняющий вопрос по поводу курортного сбора я высылала хозяевам месяцем ранее. Вопрос просто проигнорировали. Во время нахождения в Баден-Бадене в течение переписки мои аргументы о том, что сумма уже включена в счет и оплачена мной, просто отклонили, сказав, что так никогда не делают. Разумеется, деньги мы оставили при выезде. Остался осадок и недоверие, как в последующем при бронировании доверять размещенной информации.
