"Sehr schön und entspannt wie immer in dieser schönen Stadt."

Die Lage ist sehr gut, da wirklich sehr ruhig und die Preis-Leistung stimmt. Dusche sehr groß und ein kleiner Balkon. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohnhaus in zweiter Reihe, auf der Nordseite, im Sommer ein entscheidender Vorteil. Sie liegt nicht direkt in der Innenstand, dahin sind es zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten. Ganz in der Nähe ist die City-Parkgarage wo man sehr gut das Auto einstellen kann. Für Festspielhausbesucher wichtig ist die Busverbindung, die Haltestelle der Linie 201 liegt nur ca. 100 Meter bergab und fährt direkt vor den Eingang der Festspielhauses. Direkt an der Bushaltestelle gibt es ein empfehlenswertes italienisches Lokal und um die Ecke, nur ein kleines Stück weiter, Schneiders Weinstube-sehr gute regionale Küche und schöner Gastgarten.

Die Isolierung zum Treppenhaus könnte besser sein.

"Gemütliche Ferienwohnung"

Alles hat gut geklappt. Der self-Check-in verlief unkompliziert, die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und sauber. Es gibt einen schön eingerichteten Balkon. Handtücher und andere nützliche Dinge wurden bereitgestellt. Die Wohnung eignet sich auch gut für einen längeren Aufenthalt – es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.

Leider sind die E-Mails mit den Codes und Informationen zur Kurtaxe im Spam-Ordner gelandet, sodass ich sie zu spät gesehen habe und eine unangenehme Situation entstanden ist. Es wäre besser, diese Informationen zusätzlich über WhatsApp oder über die Booking-App zu senden.
