GRotta Carpe Diem

We booked the property because it has a bedroom which offers some privacy. It was nice to have a washing machine and fridge. The balcony was nice too when you open the front door you have a very nice breeze that goes through the apartment. The location was convenient to the port, the bus station and our favorite restaurant. It’s about a 7 minute walk to view the ocean.

We had a very hard time locating the apartment. There are no signs or indications where the apartment is from the street or on the property. Im Not sure I could have found it except the host called me. The lack of microwave was problematic because the stove took a long time to heat. The bathroom smelled like sewage and despite our best efforts, we could not buy a drain cover. The bed, as mentioned in other reviews, has springs you can feel. Lastly, internet speed is very important for remote work and it was just too slow to support our needs.

Es ist auf keinen Fall eine Wohnung für drei Erwachsene! Man hat nirgendwo Platz seine Sachen unterzubringen weil der einzige Schrank den man hat mit Sachen von den Vermietern voll ist. Das einzige ist die Bank im Wohnzimmer aber das ist ja das dritte Bett. Also für zwei Personen perfekt aber nicht für drei.

Super fresh and modern apartment close to the harbour/city. We had everything we needed and the host was super friendly with giving us help with everything we needed

Cold at night an extra blanket and heating in the main sitting area.

The studio is perfect for a couple, we loved the living room where you could spend the night together. They waited us in the front of the apartment and when we entered the apartment we were happy to see some fruits, wine and water. That was so kind! Everything was new , clean tidy. The balcony was great to take a coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the night :) There was everything you need from kitchen to bathroom items. They gave us info about the beaches, restaurants and villages. You definitely should go to Scirocco and Meze Meze Restaurants! Even though we didn't have time to visit every option they gave us, because we only stayed 3 days, the experience was great!
