NA to Breakfast. We have stayed in the same area on many visits, but never at this property before. We love the area for its proximity to the National park, Hastings street and beach it is also VERY quiet

The floors in particular in the bathroom were dirty. After the first shower on the first day the white bath mat was very dirty underneath. I had to mop the floors 2 times to get them clean. I could feel that floors in the lounge had a fair bit of sand on them as well, so I vacuumed and mopped this area also. There was a thick layer of dust on top of the fridge behind a spare plastic shelf from the fridge. I left this so it is probably still there. This in its self is not a big issue but is an indication as to how the cleaners are not doing a good enough job for which the owners are presumably being charged. The property could also benefit from having and extractor fan in the bathroom which is also the laundry area.
