El área de la "sala/comedor" estaba muy amontonado, no se podía mover libremente, tenía una mesa muy gde que acaraba mucho espacio, las sillas eran sillas de oficina, baños muy chico, tenías que hacer tus necesidades de ladito por qué pegaba las rodillas a la pared,

The blue living room chair is not comfortable and the steep steps up to the patio are difficult for me with arthritis. A lot of scent (I've allergies). All in all a good stay.

The apartment is great. Yara is helpful, accommodating, and accessible. I particularly appreciate that the main bedroom is dark and curiously quiet, which is not a given in Oaxaca. Everything is there, great little kitchen and cool roof terrace. Lots of friendly tiendas on the block. It’s a real neighborhood in all the best ways. We had memelas on the corner and there is even a tortillaria across the street. It’s a great spot to enjoy Oaxaca as a tourist while getting a taste of real life in a Mexican city.

I liked everything about this place. Visitors should know two things… there are lots of stairs in the apartment. Folks with physical challenges may struggle. Second, it is about 10 blocks from touristic center, and close to big street. I like walking, but it gets dark and quiet in the immediate vicinity. Be thoughtful walking home, especially if drinking. That said, taxis in Centro are easy to find and currently only 80 pesos anywhere in Centro. This is a wonderful apartment.

Lovely property representing excellent value for money. Host Yara was really responsive and helpful. Neighborhood is quiet and pretty and feels very safe, pleasant 15/20 minute walk to centre of Oaxaca. Yara gave great recommendations for food in the neighborhood too.

Location is good; the host was very accommodating and prompt to answer our requests/questions. Also provided information on where to go/what to do.

We would've liked to be aware that the entry to the apartment has a flight of stairs in addition to the stairs leading to the bedrooms upstairs. This is important information for people with mobility impairments.
