Die gute Lage: auch bei "zweiter Reihe" ganz zentral. Bäcker, Restaurants wenige Meter entfernt. Wohnung gut ausgestattet. Empfehlung: Tiefgarage dazu buchen.

In kleineren Restaurants konnte man nicht spontan essen gehen, nur mit vorheriger Reservierung.

Das war eine der besten FeWo die ich gebucht habe. Nichts hat gefehlt, top Ausstattung. Sehr gute Lage. Hervorragende Sauberkeit. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl und eine Tiefgarage. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuverlässig und sehr freundlich. Es gab nichts zu meckern.

Es gab gar nichts auszusetzen.

Kleine aber feine Fewo nahe zum Strand, ruhig, mit kleinem Balkon, Fahrstuhl und Tiefgarage.

Wir waren im April da und selbst bei kühlen Außentemperaturen heizt die Sonne die Wohnung stark auf.

Tolle kleine Wohnung in Strandnähe. Empfang und Schlüsselübergabe liefen problemlos und sehr nett ab. Wenn Fragen sind, ist immer jemand vor Ort. Für die Autos steht gegen Gebühr eine Tiefgarage zur Verfügung und mittels Fahrstuhl ist es kein Problem die oberen Etagen zu erreichen.

"Harte Betten, hellhörig, bedingt rein"

Räumlich ausreichend, "um die Ecke" zum Strand, Tiefgarage. Angenehme Wohngröße. Ruhig, da praktisch nahezu leeres Haus. OHNE Brille zunächst oberflächlich sauber, ok! 😀

Betten sind Schlafräuber! Hart und daher sehr! unbequem, für 2 Tage ganz nett für mich persönlich, jedoch nicht länger. Auch ein seeehr hellhörig Haus!!!Länger nicht mehr entstaubte Wohnung, Duschkabine zur Toilette sollte dringends gereinigt werden, alter Schutz!!. Habe ich erst viel später entdeckt. 😞. Leider auch keine Urlaubsaussicht

"Immer wieder zu Sylvester nach Bansin"

Der Sylvesterabend am Strand mit den Leuten und ihrem Feuerwerk.Auch der DJ war eine Klasse für sich,von der Seebrücke hat man vom Feuerwerk mehr erwartet.Aber im ganzen tolle Tage.

Feuerwerk von der Seebrücke sogut wie nichts, hat man auf anderen Seebrücken wo wir waren intensiver gehabt
