Good central location to go south and Las Palmas. Good bus system and stop close by. Spacious apt for 2 people.

The room was quite small, with a single bed that felt too small for an adult. Some basic amenities (towels, sheets, extras) came at an additional cost, and only two towels were provided for two adults during an 8-day stay. The kettle was leaking, pillows were uncomfortable, and hot water was limited. Laundry machines did not clean clothes properly, and storage space was minimal. There were many stairs, making luggage difficult, parking was very limited, and street noise was noticeable at night. The area didn’t feel very safe to walk around alone after dark, and there were few shops open nearby. Clearer communication and improved comfort would greatly improve the stay.

Lots of convenient facilities, including various coffee machine, wash machine, microwave, electricity cooker, and all sorts of nice coffee are provided. Big supermarket and kerbab shops are just close by. The landlord welcomed us with nice wine and wonderful Christmas treats. Bedrooms have plenty of storage rooms. Bathroom are easy to use. Thank you very much for the considerate service. Hope we could come back again.

Casa moderna, luminosa e pulita. Ha tutto il necessario per cucinare, lavatrice e asciugatrice. Ottima posizione per raggiungere le diverse località Maspalomas a 15 minuti. Difronte l'appartamento c'è un supermercato ben fornito. Free car park. La consiglio noi siamo state benissimo. Ps letti comodissimi

3' piano senza ascensore

The apartment was very clean, keys were easy to get. Bus stops a 2 minute walk and the buses take you to the airport and Las Palmas. Brilliant local places to eat and shop. Had plenty of pans and utensils to cook with. Coffee machine was a bonus.

The shower was hot for about a minute then freezing for the rest of the time, host unfortunately didn’t have a fix for this. Lots of stairs to go up to the front door so not for the faint hearted. Unfortunately I got aggressive messages off the host after us leaving general tidying up and some rubbish to take out (you can only dispose of rubbish on the public streets. Down all the flights of stairs) and also unfortunately some fake tan got on the bedding which will wash out but I offered to pay for, host never responded. We were using the washing machine the evening before our flight and it suddenly just stopped, the washer and dryer would not turn on, I’m guessing they’re on a timer, but this wasn’t communicated. So we had to drag our washing out soaking wet and try ring it dry, had to pack it soaking wet because of this.

Bella location, centrale, pulitissima fornita di tutto quello che serve, tutto perfetto.
