Велика, світла квартира, величезний балкон. Дуже чисто і охайно,все продумано до дрібниць. Є все необхідне. Навіть є перехідники для европейських розеток. Є чай, кава і снеки, що дуже приємно після приїзду з аєропорту перекусити щось і набратися сил. Розташування дуже зручне, внизу у цій же будівлі є багато ресторанів, також поряд море.

הדירה נקיה ומאובזרת, שמו גם גבינה וקרקרים. היה נעים חניה בשפע קרוב לבית חב"ד ומסעדות כשרות למי שחשוב לו.

המיטות לא נוחות ממש. על הרחוב הראשי. מרעיש ממוקדם בבוקר, ריחות של המסעדה. הכניסה לעומת זאת מהרחוב האחורי, חשוכה ממש בלילה ולא נעימה לגישה. אין תאורה והיה קצת מפחיד.

דירה גדולה ומרווחת, עם השקעה בפרטים:פח בכל חדר, מתאמים לחשמל, מנורות לילה ומנורות קריאה. המיטות נוחות מאוד והדירה היתה נקייה. המרפסת גדולה וכייפית והמיקום על שדרה ראשית, קרוב לים ולבית חב"ד. לשומרי שבת - יש מפתח רגיל (אין אפשרות לכבות אור במקרר אבל במקפיא אין אור). היתה אמבטית פלסטיק נוחה לתינוק. האזור נעים ומרגיש בטוח, הצוות היה זמין

כשהגענו היה ריח לא טוב מחדר המקלחת וגם הופיע מקק, הריח חלף בבוקר למחרת. היו נמלים ליד אחת היציאות למרפסת, שנוטף שם מעט מים מהמזגן. אחד המזגנים בחדרים לא עבד והטלוויזיה גם לא עבדה (אמרו אחרי ששאלנו שהממיר בתיקון). אנחנו הגענו ב4 לפנות בוקר בשל עיכוב של 4 שעות בטיסה, היה קשה מאוד למצוא את המקום למרות שהיינו עם נהג מונית מקומי. הכניסה חשוכה לגמרי ואין מספרי בתים ושילוט על הכניסה. הם היו זמינים בטלפון והסבירו לנהג אבל אלו היו רגעים לא פשוטים. הכניסה לבניין היא חצר אחורית של מסעדות ופחות נעימה מבחינת הנראות שלה.
