Kato Paphos Apt 400m To The Beach

The apartment is very well equipped, with plenty of spare pillows, duvets, a lot of kitchen utensils that are really helpful if you like to cook. The beach is very close, as well as the the long alley along the seaside, where we could have pleasant walks in the evening as well as runs in the morning. Also, important to mention the kindness and support provided by the host, who met us with wine and yummy snacks. He made himself available every time we contacted him, which is much appreciated.

Close to the road, which creates a bit of noise. But the traffic wasn't intense.

The flat is clean and cosy in a good location close to the beach and bus stop. The host went the extra mile and did everything he could to make us feel welcome, which was very nice. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and some snacks so we felt very appreciated from the moment we crossed the door:-) we also had good quality towels, shampoo, soap, extra loo paper, coffee, sugar, etc. and all the cleaning stuff that is needed to keep the place clean, which to me is also very important because I don’t want to buy such things on holiday

Very friendly and helpful host. The keys were very easy to find, the host answered all our requests immediately, the house was equipped with EVERYTHING we needed, it was located in a very good place, close to the beach, to some really good restaurants. Very good service for the money we paid. Thank you!

Very helpful host, easily to contact, helped me with my luggage (to store during the day of check out and even delivered it to the bus station when I needed to go to another place). Friendly and welcoming. Apartment are just ideal for the comfort stay, with feeling as you are at home away from home.

The quality-price ratio is good. The apartment is located about a 10-minute walk from the beach. I was very pleased that the owner made an effort to provide all the necessities: beach towels, hygiene and cleaning products.

However, since it is situated on a very busy main street, the traffic noise is quite bothersome. The water pressure was low, and it was somewhat difficult to get rid of the sand from the body and the shower.

Exceptional apartment with great location - very close to a supermarket, some nice restaurants, taxi office, car hire, etc. The apartament was clean and fully equipped with anything you need. The double bed was extremely cosy. Our host was super helpful all the time with all the information needed and we also had a compliment waiting for us - a bottle of wine which was the perfect end of the day on the panoramic balcony. Highly recommended!

Contact with the owner was great and he welcomed us very warmly. Description of the apartament reflects reality. Localization is near the beach.

Ants were in the kitchen.
