Cosy and clean- superb location

No lift! 4 flight is stairs with suitcases and a elderly mother is no joke

The apartment itself is quite cozy, spacious and the price was nice. The area is decent as well.

Weirdest part was the owner explicitly telling us we cant enter the property before check in time (15:00). We assumed this was because it was about to be cleaned, but we were sitting at the bar next to the property and no one came or went in the few hours we were there. So for no reason we were left sitting around in the middle of the day, even though we just asked to leave our stuff inside. Just poitlessly unaccommodating. Other than that we did see a cockroach, but only one over 5 days, so probably not a full on infestation.

The Internet was good, the hot water, balconies, kitchen appliances, complimentary coffee and tea, and living room air-conditioner. Good TV channels. I did not get to meet the owners as key was in a security box.

I wouldn't call it a "Luxury" apartment. Nice but not luxurious. The blinds in the bedrooms are white and once the sun rises by 7am, light floods in. One of the bedrooms is near a pharmacy whose green light flashes all night straight into the room. The beds are hard and you can painfully feel the springs. The apartment's direct surroundings are unpleasant. There are no lights there at night. See attached photos.

The living room is nice and wide and has a small nice balcony. The location is ok, but i will choose a better one next time closer to the beach.

The beds were very uncomfortable, the mattress was really bad and not arranged properly, the blanket was disgusting and not even prepared in the bad, i had to sleep without it. Also, when we got there, the code for the key was wrong, and we had to wait for someone to answer our message and give us the right code. The entrance path and stairs to the apartment were very dark at night, and the paths floor was broken.

Everything. A type of apartment that is intended to provide its occupant with higher-than-average levels of comfort, quality, and convenience.

Spacious, clean and modern

On arrival there were mattresses outside the building which had been discarded there. There was also a strong smell from the laundrette below, and the entrance was very dark. There was also no where to empty the bins. Inside the apartment, both mattresses were very hard which caused sleepless nights. The sofa bed was also broken. We contacted the owner to complain about the discomfort of the beds, asking for extra duvets to lay on (these were never provided) and also for the sofa bed to be fixed (which took 2 days). Two weeks after our stay, booking.com contacted us claiming that we had caused damage to the electric door key and requested a fee of €100. However, we definitely did not break the electrical key and have since been provided no evidence of this by the owner.

The property was value for money very comfortable and clean. The communication was perfect and the location was near everything you need in paphos most of them in walking distance.

Amazing! Nice view, huge apartment, every facility you need. The laundry below smelled nice despite other’s tourists sayings, and it didn’t bother us.

The only problem was with the ants. They were everywhere! But I don’t think there’s any solution.
