Perfect location, well equipped, parking.

Extremely low temperature on arrival, about 10 Celsius. Took about 3h to reach an acceptable temperature like 16-18.

we arrived very late at night so the self checking was perfect. In general I prefer self check-in/check-out so this is perfect for me. The view was great, kitchen had everything we need (didn't have wine bottle opener tho, could be handy to put one of those as well), Host replied very fast to all our messages.

My wife and I didn't really like the beds, they were ok I guess but not great so for some this may not be an issue, also (but nothing the host can do about) there is a water bomb somewhere on the building or somewhere near and it turns on all night long so if you are a light sleeper like me then this will be super annoying. Besides this I could probably consider staying there again since the price was very good.
