Good location , Clean Well laid out

Some building works going on around the complex .Slightly hard to find as some of the letters on the name of the complex were missing this is not the owners fault . Also as we arrived late a welcome pack might have been nice i.e some milk or bread . The owner didn’t make any courteous call or message to us which would have been nice .

Having booked the property we looked on Google earth to familiarise ourselves with the location we were somewhat concerned by the look, as from the road there was an empty shop in a rather sorry state at the location.We needn’t have worried however as the property was in a block behind the shop and in a lovely condition with all the amenities you would need for self catering. The property was very quiet which made for a good night’s sleep with a large supermarket about a 15minute easy walk away.There is a bus stop just outside the property so local bus to and from the airport was easy and only 2 euros each. The owner has put a lot of time and effort into offering information about the area.

Like a lot of properties in Cyprus there is building works going on nearby with quite a lot of noise which we didn’t really notice that much as we were out most of the day. The terrace didn’t get sun until late afternoon which was a bit disappointing when we stayed in March but probably a good thing in the hotter months. You could however move across the patio with the chairs to find sun if you desired.

Location

Comfort of sofa. Not being next to a noisy building site 6 days a week, starting at 7.30 am. Less noisy doors in apartment which self slammed and led to many disturbed nights. Some seating by pool rather than dragging everything down stairs.

Location was great, pool was very nice to have, host was very nice

we liked the location as we are not bothered about walking to get to places and we are both 80 years old so we found all the short cuts to get everywere

it was noisey in the bedroom as the traffic seem to amplfy but the rest of the appartment was great and the balcony was very large as ive ever beenon in a rental

The apartment had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable!

I didn't like being woken up at 7am every morning with the drilling and grinding of tiles on the building site opposite! Lots of building work going on around the area and they are not quiet... even working on a Sunday! The suntan lotion line on the pool could have been cleaned. The pool cleaner came but never cleaned it off!

Close to everything.

The apartment is like an escape room, you need to study to make everything work.... It's also located in the middle of a construction site. To pool is tiny and dirty.
