Beautiful Regina gardens

The kids enjoyed the swimming pool.

The apartment is in need of a complete renovation to bring it up to modern standards. Elements such as the door frames, toilet, bathtub, curtains, and furniture are quite dated and worn. Unfortunately, the main bed was very uncomfortable, and the additional single portable bed was not suitable for sleeping. The tv is only for decoration. Also I would not recommend using the bbq unless there is an emergency doctor standby. While the apartment was clean, the condition of the furnishings and fixtures gave it an overall feeling of being neglected. The location is decent—quiet and about a 15–20 minute walk to the beach—but a car is definitely needed to access Paphos city center or other amenities. With some much-needed updates, this property could become a much more enjoyable place to stay.

Gyönyörű kert , tiszta kellemes hőmérsékletű úszómedence. Közel a boltok , a tengerpart , buszmegálló. Szépen felszerelt konyha. Jó elosztású apartman.

Ágynemű foltos, elhasználodott. A kanapéra ráférne egy tisztítás , a díszpárnák huzatára is. A szúnyoghálók szakadtak voltak. Kertibútor rozsdás , a kerti székek nagyon foltosak. A fürdőszobára ráférne egy kis felújítás. Az ágyak matracai elhasználodóttak.a rugókat lehet már érezni ahogy fekszel rajta. A légkondi nem tudom mikor volt takarítva de nagyon büdős szagot árasztott bekapcsoláskor.

Hangulatos apartman tökéletes élettérrel 6 fő számára, kertapcsolatos terasszal, grillezési lehetőséggel, gondozott kristálytiszta vizű medencével az udvaron.

A klímák nem müködtek folyamatosan, 15-30 percenként lekapcsoltak, de ez lehet, hogy csak elektromos szerelés kérdése. Az egyik hálószobai klímaberendezéshez nem találtunk távirányítót. A szúnyogháló az udvar felé szakadt, lyukas volt.

The property manager took great care of us, we received all the necessary information on time and she answered all our questions promptly. The property was nice, good layout, fully equipped kitchen, lovely pool, nice porch. Comfy parking. Good restaurants and Lidl just a walk away. Were really happy to find some beach toys for the kids (probably left behind by previous guests).

The light on the porch was too dim and the sunlounger kept lurching to one side. More garbage bags would have been handy (you should take your garbage out on a daily basis).
