Location, rooms were very clean, we were really satisfied.

Nothing to complain :)

The location was good as it is central Paphos

Bedroom shutter missing, bright lights impossible to sleep. Bed hard and small. TV no instructions for Netflix. Oven and Hob no instructions how to use. Digital displays only partially working. Took a number of days to solve the problem and cook anything. Could not find how to use cooker hood, lights and power, no instructions. Washing detergent drawer full of detergent residue, had to clean and machine full of soap, had to do long baby wash to clean. Sewer smell from shower each evening. 9.8 rating sticker states 2018 not 2023. Smoke detector on lounge table. Could be 5 star with improvements.

We had a great time, apartment is very well situated, spacious, with a pool available.Lot of sightseeing near by, close to the harbour,shops and the beach.

Clean and quiet apartment. Excellent location

The electricity was problematic. For the air conditioning I had to change plugs and one air conditioner didn't even have the cable reach the nearest socket

Private parking in front of the block, very good communication with the owner, spacious and bright apartment, comfortable for 4 persons, nice sunny terrace, kitchen had basic goods like coffee, tea, salt, sugar... Just a hint for the next visitors - don't unplug the cord behind the right bed, because this is water pump (you will have no warm water).

Very poor sound isolation between apartments so the quality of your sleep depends also on the neighbors. One of the window shutters was missing in the bedroom, but I am sure it will be restored soon. Sofa in the living room is uncomfortable, its seat is moving forward all the time.
