Luxury Fani House Next to Harbor area with Jacuzzi

Perfect place perfect location. Very attentive owner. Highly recommended!!!!

The apartment is in great location. The bus station, supermarket, harbour and promenade are just a step away. This is a very spacious apartment, we loved the terrace, the jacuzzi was a big bonus too. You can easily park your car if you decide to rent any. There is a very good restaurant next to the house. The hosts are super helpful with great communication. Generous with the check in and check out, even helped us arranging the taxi from the airport. Good quality hairdryer and iron were availabel, in good state.

Tiny let down with cleaniness of the shower and the state of a few furniture (which might be only our personal expectation) Would book it again if we visit Paphos.

This property is a nightmare! they don’t mention it’s next to the back of a busy restaurant but that it nothing compared to the bus terminal right next door and this runs straight into the busy road which is 4 mtrs from this apartment! we booked and paid for 8 nights, first night had 2 hours sleep from the noise, even with ear plugs! The only thing worse than the position of this apartment was the attitude of the owners who would not correspond and simply refused to refund any of the £800 even though we only stayed one night! Booking.com was unable to help and now i am left with having to take legal action to recover my money. The property is not in the exact location advertised and the description as luxury holiday accommodation is a joke in this location.

Very convenient location, close to bus station for local buses and for airport, 3min walk to supermarket, and equally short walk to the harbour and waterfront promenade with many restaurants, bars and shops. Could not have been better placed. Very comfortable beds and settees, good internet and large outside area to sit in the sun with space to park if required. Very nice and clean.

Significant lack of cooking utensils, no suitable pots other than a frying pan, lack of cooking cutlery like spatula, potato peeler, no colander for draining or draining rack for dishes. Table cutlery also poor quality and an odd selection of items. Over supply of unnecessary crockery such as dozens of plates and teacups with saucers and cupboards of random Christmas decorations were off-putting. No washing powder despite having a washing machine, this is the only time I have experienced this over a lot of years. Most accommodation has a small amount for a couple of washes provided. This unfortunately to some extent spoiled what is an otherwise very good accommodation. Also somewhat over supplied with bits of furniture such as an unnecessary bar table and stools which we put outside and a large electric organ!? This reduced the comfort of the living space. The hot tub never heated beyond lukewarm despite a visit from the owner and careful following of the instructions so was unusable in February. All in all a bit disappointing. However a few quite minor improvements, see above, would make this an excellent place to stay
