Very comfortable. Well positioned. Value for money.

The Wi-Fi coverage did not cover the apartment we occupied. Picked up all other neighboring networks but the Aloha one. When it rains there is a very loud and annoying noise of raindrop onto to the roof of Aloha 3 from a drain pipe
