I only like the space its huge for the family

The place is not what we see when doing bookings, their window covers are falling apart, no security outside. Till today I never received my deposit they tell stories after story. I will never book joyful again host are not honest. The rooms with spider webs

Nothing was to our expectations???

Waited to collect our keys, arrived at the property with no electricity. Had to wait for pre-paid power to get loeaded. Old dirty couches that have never been cleaned. They never changed our linen in 8 days, very poor hospitality!! No cleaning agents left for us to clean up! We had to request a braai to be dropped off for us to use. The amount of money they charged us for the service and property given was exremely dissapointing. Sadly we will never return and will surely let our extened family know not to ever visit or book in this town that we thought would be a wonderful experience.

The young lady was extremely friendly and lovely and very helpful. She directed us and was a call away should we need some more assistance, Thank you, beautiful lady.

We were 3 couples and we absolutely loved JOYFUL, the place was extremely cozy and not short of a thing may be an iron would be nice or we might have missed it. But other than creased clothing we enjoyed our stay. We loved the walk to the beach too. Thank you so much we will most definitely book again.

Beautiful cozy home. Lovely pool, even though it's winter, would luv to try it out in sumner. Happy to be able to bring our dogs. Beds very comfy and warm.

Wifi and a dishwasher could have been nice. It smelled a little damp when we got there. Some showers need a bit more deep clean because of damp...
