"Tolles Bett, ansonsten halt ein älteres Mehrfamilienhaus."

Das Boxspringbett war der Hammer. Super bequem. Und der kurze Kontakt mit dem Vermieter sehr nett.

Die Wohnung roch leider als hätte mal jemand drin geraucht und Bad und Küche riechen nach Ausguss, etwas in die Jahre gekommen halt.

Sehr gute Lage. Bei der Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Vermieter hat mit netten Gesten gezeigt, dass man willkommen ist.

Sehr laut, da schlecht isoliert. Wenn jemand im Treppenhaus war, hörte es sich an, als sei er in der Wohnung. Ganze Nacht Lärm aus anderen Wohnungen. Heizkörper wurde warm, Wohnraum blieb eiskalt.
