Roto View - Beautiful views of Lake Tekapo

Beautiful apartment with lovely lake views

Plenty of space with a great view. Everything we needed.

A little bit of a walk to town.

The place is easy to find and with a private parking spot. Everything is clean and tidy. If we ever come back to Lake Tekapo, will definitely come back to stay for more nights.

We loved staying at Roto View. Very clean, attractive apartment. The view over the lake was lovely and we really enjoyed the three days we were there. The bed was the most comfortable during our NZ holiday.

As others have said, it would be easier to self cater if there was a cooktop in the kitchen but we managed using the microwave and the BBQ. Also, really expected separate shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the showers rather than one product to do the lot!

Location and the ease of communication. Good sized living room and bedrooms. The beds are comfortable. Heating in the bedrooms and the living area worked very well. view from the living room is good.

The kitchen could have been stocked better. For example, there was no bread knife, no scissors. Broken things look like had been broken for a while ... The kitchen could do with a good check and restock. Could hear people walking upstairs - I woke up a couple of time before midnight because of this. I am a light sleeper though. It shouldn't bother good sleepers :) There was no stove in the "full kitchenette". It will be helpful to make this very clear in the description.

Large 2 bed apartment with great views over the lake. Situated 15 minute walk to shops and lakeside. Large living area with kitchenette. Only microwave for cooking but bbq on the porch. Great for sunrise!
