Trulli Angela

Perfect. If you really want to capture the essence of Puglia, these beautifully maintained trulli and gardens are the place for you. When not visiting the charming, must-see villages in close proximity to this location, I enjoyed sitting in a deckchair in the cool shade of a large eucalyptus tree in the front garden. There you can soak in the local atmosphere surrounded by olive trees, figs, pomegranate and almond trees. The hosts, Rosanna and Leonardo, are attentive and friendly and did make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Would easily book again

From the moment the gates opened we were in a wonderful garden. Our hostess Rosanna greated us warmly. Our Trulli was beyond our expectations. The photos don't capture the serenity of this property. We were 2 couples and each had our own home with a connecting door and wonderful outdoor area. If you are travelling by car, this is a fantastic place to use as a base as it is only 5 mins from Locorotondo and close to all the towns you must visit while in region. Ostuni, Alberobello Cisternino, Castellana Grotte, Monopoli and Polignano a Mare were the ones we saw. Wish we had booked longer.

Rosanna, the property manager was magnificent and super helpful. The information provided to us about the property and the area in a welcome pack was comprehensive and super useful. The place itself is stunning and pictures don't do justice to it. The location is also Great allowing for various day trips

What we didn't like was that we didn't book this place for longer and had to leave for Lecce.

At Trulli Angela we had one of the best experiences of our extensive travels in Europe and elsewhere. In the valley just below Locorotondo, it is a perfectly converted collection of trulli surrounded by lovely countryside and close to historic hill towns and villages. The accommodation is comfortable and well appointed. The hosts, Rosanna and her family, are wonderful people who could not do more to assist their guests. I could not recommend Trulli Angela more highly.

Trulli Angela exceeded our expectations! It’s a beautiful and serene property that made us feel like we were in the countryside while being only a short drive from charming Locorotondo and excellent restaurants. The property itself was stunning; fully remodeled, very spacious, well equipped and extremely clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room outdoors as well including a rooftop deck where we experienced beautiful sunsets and morning coffee. Our hostess, Rosanna, was so helpful and took great care to make our stay ‘truly’ wonderful. This was our first time in Puglia and we fell in love with the area and the people. We are already planning a return trip and will be sure to book Trulli Angela again.

Great host, beautiful surroundings and garden , good equipped kitchen. Perfect place for day trips. Highly recommended !

Very clean, very nice decorated, closed to town, quiet, and I can go on! It was perfect for us!

Location of Trulli Angela is simply beautiful (and Locorotondo itself is also really, really nice) Wonderful nicely landscaped gardens, pool area and shady area with hammocks etc Each accommodation Trullo has lovely outdoor spaces and terrace with stunning view Proximity to Locorotondo is great (22 minute walk - last bit uphill) Very helpful host

We loved everything. If you are planning on cooking gourmet meals, you may need to buy the odd utensil (we didn't see a big frying pan or a potato peeler), but then again, I'm sure Rosanna might have found one for us if we'd really needed one. And the restaurants she recommended in Locorotondo were spot on.
