Deco Bungalow 1block from beach with parking

You can find whatever you want in this apartment. I love it!

The owner is very courteous and nice, he also answered quickly to every inquiry

We didn't like nothing about it. There was nothing but cars honking horns all hours of the day and night

Our host sucked they refused to give a refund and we even left after being there only a few days to check into a really nice place with no noise and bs if you consider staying I wouldn't unless u want a place thats uncomfortable condition. The garage make sure u got a small car we had a accord and had to pull back and fourth about 5 times to get into the spot it was so tight. On top that the sewage pipe leaks right into the garage where u park and have to walk through it. You walk into the place smells awful. There was a roach in the shower 1st night . Please listen when I say RECONSIDER STAYING THERE AND PAY THE EXTRA FOR PARKING DO BE LIKE US AND THINK YOUR GETTING A DEAL BECAUSE YOUR ARE NOT If you call and they tell u they will facilitate your experience with a refund like we were told don't believe them there just being politically to make you think they will and then refuse to call or respond to you like they can they will

Very bad experience. The building is very old, the parking lot is very tight and small. Also, the sewers in the parking garage were leaking for days and no one bothered to clean or fix them . The smell of the waste leaking from them was unbearable and we had to step in into the waste water leaking from the sewers to get into our car. The room was okay but the mattress wasn't confortable at all and the couch is very old and hurts if you decide to lay down on it. Unfortunately, while we were walking around , we found othe much better hotels , same location and similar prices.

Everything was perfect for a budget stay in Miami Beach. Perfect location, apartment equipment, calidad price-value .

Our parking spot was occupied by someone for two nights.

It's an excellent place to stay for a few days. Just pay attention to the parking space. It's just for standard car size.

The location is very good, next to the beach and bus. Kitchen has everything you might need.

The building is old, broken, not too clean and smells moldy. Most of the doors and furniture in the apartment are scratched or hit. The bath window is not opening as it has a broken holder. Two towels of all, we couldn't use, as they smelled funny, like they were washed long, long time ago. For us was an issue to dry our wet stuff from the beach, as there is no proper place for that. I missed a mop in the bath, as sometimes you get some drops of water on the floor. The bathroom needs serious repairment, especially at the ceiling. Important to mention: parking is quite tight and difficult. Only compact car fit in. Washing machine only in the garage.
