Top location! Next to the promenade with tavernas and the beach. 5-minute walk from the Old-Town. Awesome if you want to explore the Akrotiri peninsula or go to the East. Expect serious traffic jams if you want to get out of town to the West and the way back, even in low season. Spacious apartment with very comfortable beds!!! Quiet street (in October). Flexible check-in and check out! Welcome drinks and snacks. Again, thank you Nikos! Parking is a challenge but we managed it every day. Overall unbeatable price for the location and comfort.

Amazing apartment. Very close, 30 sec walk to the beach and taverns. 10-15 min walk to Old Town Xania- we spent every night walking there- very convenient as parking in Xania town is near impossible to find. Very clean, nice and big, lots of extra bits and pieces such as laundry detergent, toiletries, snacks, cold drinks in the fridge including soft drinks, juice, water and wine!! We don’t drink but it’s the thought that counts and was really nice that it was there. Two sets of keys was a very good convenience as well. My partner and I each had our own set. Loved the washing machine and line air dryer. Would 100% come back to this place next time.

We stayed in a huge apartment that could easily accommodate the entire family or a few friends. Despite being centrally located, the apartment was quiet and peaceful, and we could not hear any noise. The sea was just a stone's throw away, and the street was tucked away, so we slept like a baby. The hosts were incredibly nice, and everything was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation! Thank you!

The kitchen has almost every utensil you need to whip up a light meal or even a full lunch or dinner. It would be great to have some kitchen scissors and a few extra towels, however, those are just added bonuses. Additionally, there is only one mirror in the apartment besides the one in the bathroom.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment was fantastic - it had three large double bedrooms, a really spacious sitting room, and a massive kitchen/dining room. All of the rooms apart from one bedroom had access to a balcony, and each room has really powerful air conditioning. The beds were really comfortable and the apartment was very modern and clean. I also really liked the decoration in the bathroom, it was very cute. Everything we could possibly need was provided - plenty of towels, a beach umbrella, a hairdryer, a washing machine, flatscreen TVs in every room and even a gaming console. The sofas were really comfortable too. The location was great - it's about two minutes walk from the seafront, a small beach and lots of bars and restaurants, and then maybe 10-15 minutes walk to the main harbour and old town. It's also about a 10 minute walk to the bus station, which was useful for us as we chose not to rent a car. Absolutely everywhere we went in Chania and Crete in general felt incredibly safe, including the area the apartment is in. Everyone we met during our stay was so friendly and welcoming, moreso than anywhere else I've ever been. When we sat out on the balcony, everyone walking past would say hello and good morning/evening to us. The kindest people of all were our hosts. Our flight arrived at about 10.30pm but they met us at the apartment and showed us around. They provided drinks, snacks and toiletries for us which we really appreciated as we were quite hungry when we arrived and this meant we didn't need to find a shop. They also assisted us with organising taxis, which was really helpful. Our flight home wasn't until 9.30pm at night, and our hosts very kindly allowed us to use the apartment all day until we left, free of charge. This was so kind of them and was so helpful to us as it meant we didn't have to worry about finding somewhere to store our luggage.

If I was being really picky, it would have been nice if the apartment had another mirror or two. There is a full length mirror in one bedroom and then another mirror in the bathroom - having a mirror in each of the bedrooms would have been helpful. This is such a minor thing though and sharing the available mirrors was not a problem!
