Delighful self catering in the heart of Glastonbury

This is a delightful listed property that’s been sympathetically restored to offer a small cosy self contained accommodation in the heart of Glastonbury.

We like it all there was nothing we didn’t like. Yes it’s small but it really cosy and warm.

Stayed here a few times now and always made very welcome. A lovely little place to stay and literally a minutes walk to get to Glastonbury high street with all its shops. Would highly recommended and will be staying here again.

The location could not have been better, right next to the high street with a cut through alley and access via a pub!! Soooo much character. Small but has everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed. Hosts were very helpful. Free secure parking, but only if you have a small car or are a very good dri er. My 3 series BMW got in but with literally mm's to spare.

Getting in and out of bed was a bit tight. If you are a 'larger' person you may struggle.

Fantastic location for the centre of Glastonbury. Easy access to all the local shops and attractions. The property is warm, very clean and comfortable, very cosy with everything you could possibly need. The cottage is very small but the hosts have planned every inch of space to the maximise what is available including a full kitchen, which is fantastic. We were made to feel very welcome and even given a few groceries and tea/ coffee to help us settle in, lovely gesture. Thank you so much and we’ll definitely be back again xxx

Lovely cosy place right in the centre of town

Gayle and Jed were fantastic hosts. Communication and welcome were first class. This little flat is well equipped with everything you need for a self-catering stay in the centre of Glastonbury. A one minute walk from the door and you are on the vibrant and fascinating High Street, with so many ecclectic stores and alleyways to explore. Central to everything but absolutely silent at night. No problems getting a restful night here but be warned...it would be so easy to oversleep, so best set aan alarm so you don't miss out on anything in this little town where there always seems to be something to do.

I'm 193cm tall and compact UK accommodation is not kind to me. There are several low clearances where I banged my head and I had to sleep diagonally on the bed. Lucky I wasn't sharing the bed! This is not a run down of this place, merely stating some challenges that I had. Given that this building was built in 1750 and is heritage listed, Gayle, Jed and their son have done a great job of renovating this space and making a beautiful place to stay in central Glastombury. If you are oversized in height or width this may not be the place for you, however if you are of simiilar proportions to the average population in 1750, this place is perfect.

The location is fantastic, has everything you need including a small fridge freezer. Gayle and are wonderful and welcoming hosts.

Quiet space and tucked away from the busyness of the high street of Glastonbury town.

Cramped space.

The Hosts were lovely and welcomed us to the property. The annex was well presented with some great period features. We loved the history. Was well thought out inside. Very homely and cosy. Location was perfect to access town being on the highstreet. Quiet at night aswell. Definitely visit again

Can't fault really. Maybe the tv by the bed could be newer to access Netflix.
