Parking not 100% guaranteed outside but lots of car parking space nearby.

Location Is Alright

For the price per night, I'd expect so much more. The place is a decent size, it just lacks major TLC. There are wires coming out all different directions, major fire hazard. They should sack their cleaner because the place is filthy! The bath plug is full of mould and grime and only needs a wipe! The whole place could do with a paint touch up. The bed in the front room has a big dip in it, was very uncomfortable I stayed for 3 nights and had 1 towel left. After using the towel once, they dried with a foul mouldy smell and stunk the entire bathroom out - no laundry basket to put them in and the heated towel rail in bathroom didn't work. Would of put in the washing machine, but it was THICK with mould! Absolutely disgusting housekeeping. The kitchen kettle is fully corroded and disgusting. I attempted to use the coffee machine to get some hot water and the amount of grime and bits that kept coming through into the water is absolutely vile Dust everywhere and black hair in the bed Windows can't be left open due to opening all the way and onto main roads, where any crack head can jump through - no safety features. Way way better places available for the similar prices. Emailed host after left, no reply, see if they reply to the review, where I'm unable to respond back after

Close to town centre. Reliable Wi-Fi.

Beds very uncomfortable. Front bedroom and lounge very noisy with windows on to main road bus route. Sofa uncomfortable. Tiny TV. Lots of wires trailing and many 4 way electrical extension cables stuck to lounge and bedroom walls. Shower luke warm or if temperature increased alternates between 10 seconds hot and 10 ice cold. Crusty towels, glad I had my own. If pictures were recent he was a good photographer. All round condition is tired, dusty and not very clean.

Excellent location. Good communication. Free parking. Comfortable.

Needs a new bath plug! I didn't use the bath because the plug was mouldy but the rest was very clean!
