The location is perfect.

Kitchen could have been stocked a bit more eg coffee pods etc. Given it is on the beach would be good to include a beach umbrella or shade structure, rather than guests having to hire one.

The location was perfect , right next to the beach & on the Main Street. The decor of the apartment was tasteful.

On arrival the car park was in use by someone else. On calling Zinc properties we were advised to park in bay 6 and leave a note on parked car in our bay. This was inconvenient. The property does not have fly screens so it was almost impossible to have fresh air flow due to mosquitoes coming in. The drain in the kitchen needed cleaning out due to very slow drainage. The single beds in second bedroom were not comfortable.

Air con in bedroom would be nice for the price during Summer but living space was cool and fans were sufficient

location is hands down best thing about the apartment, amazing...leave from one door you're on Hastings st, leave from the other end you're stepping onto beach boardwalk. Apartment was beautiful and clean and modern and seemed newly renovated, roomy and spacious for the 4 of us. Lovely kitchen with everything you need, comfy lounge.

apartment was a bit dark, we did all we could to lighten it up but position meant blocked from sun a bit which felt a bit like a cave when all that glorious sun was outside. pillows uncomfortable, would have been great with some 'flatter', 'softer' pillow options. Courtyard lacked comfortable detail, not really inviting. Lastly, NO FULL LENGTH MIRROR!!!! Can't tell you how many holiday apartments miss this key element and its such an inexpensive solution! You're on vacation, going out for dinner night, need to check yourself out. All 4 of us agreed, so not just for the chicks! 1 in the master and 1 in the main living area.
