Light House - Seafront cosy studio with library

The apartment was very cosy and Anna is a very friendly host. All the furniture and the equipment is chosen with great taste and also practical thoughts, starting e.g. with washing powder for the washing machine-if needed for one’s intermediate holiday clothes refreshment wash-or even pegs on the little rag on the tiny balcony, an ironing board and plenty of kitchen tools. An extra heating or warm blankets is as well provided as a welcome bar of soap, colour matching towels, tooth brushes and hotel slippers. We felt home instantly. The delicate library is fun to check even though we surely enjoyed the city at this time of the year. The sea, shops, a supermarket and good restaurants are reachable within less than a 5 minutes walk. A car park for our rental is within the complex so no one has to worry about any damages or other annoying things with that. The main historical sites are also within a good walking distance. We definitely can recommend this place and would also come back to it.

The studio is small but very cute and cozy. The location is excellent, on the seashore close to the archaeological sites.

Great location, busy area

Pros: great host, free parking, lots of bathroom cabinet space, good WiFi, good amenities including a washing machine, nice library 👍, good location and easy to walk to restaurants. Easy drive to great places to visit; lots of history!

Cons: having to park and find apartment and get gate opener to open entrance gate upon arrival. Only 1 towel each for 4 sweaty days and no extra trash bags for VERY SMALL bathroom trash can. Bad & loud band music late at night, (loud) building water pump coming on day & night, ghetto like entrance up the 3 flights of stairs to apartment. Very HARD bed. Ugly view from balcony which takes away from slim sea view.

It is very nice cozy studio. The property was just like in the photos. It was clean and has everything you need. The location is very good, close to bars and restaurants. The host even had prepared soap and toothbrushes for us. There was also some coffee and tea. The host contacted us beforehand via WhatsApp to explain how to collect the key and to find the apartment and was very nice.

The entrance of the building was dirty and unwelcoming but that is no fault of the host. If you are travelling by bus you have to take into account that the information in Google maps and Moovit for bus routes is different from the actual bus routes, so consult the official website for Paphos buses.

The apartment is very nice, recently renovated and provided with all comforts.

The building is old and dirty. There is no elevator and the handrail of the stairs is so old that could break at any moment. The building basically faces the back of several restaurants and it smells like rotten food and pee. There’s a private parking but people don’t care if there’s no place and would park behind your car blocking you for the whole evening.
