Our WiFi did not work while we were there after entering the code we were provided multiple times

We enjoyed our stay at Gonana Studios & Villa. The room was well equipped with everything we needed for our one-night visit. The property manager was very communicative and friendly, and willing to accommodate us. In the end, we didn't need to bring our pet along, but knowing they were happy to accommodate us and our request gave us peace of mind.

I was aware from the property description that a deposit would be required, either in cash or via card details. However, I was not informed that providing a CVV code would be required. This is not standard practice and raises serious security concerns. When we questioned this, the on-site host was unwilling to provide any reassurance around how our information would be handled or disposed of after our stay. Her response to these concerns was dismissive and abrasive. I strongly recommend updating the property description to clearly state that CVV codes are required. This level of transparency is important, especially given the high awareness of fraud in South Africa, and would allow guests to choose the cash option if they are uncomfortable.
