"Peaceful and relaxing"

I like the fact that the house is so accessible and upstairs & downstairs living in one

The house needs some maintenance. We have been going to craylord for a few years and it is starting to show the wear & tear of many visitors. Stove no longer works properly, but a gas stove was also provided which was nice esp during loadshedding. Chairs also needs replacing they rock when you sit on them.

"The small town atmosphere is wonderful."

The property is spacious enough for the whole family and beds are very comfortable.

The house is in need of some maintenance. The electric stove was so slow to heat up, we ended up using our emergency gas stove most of the time. The big fridge did not chill properly, luckily the bar fridge worked well. Overall needs maintenance.

Location, bedding, cleanliness, friendly staff from security to rental staff.

Few nigly problems , toilets not flushing, dishwasher not working, garage door also not closing.. other than that it was lovely..
