Close proximity to the beach

Dog poop wasn't picked up from previous rental. On two occasions we had undesirables hopping over the wall. I think more patrols should be done.

Behind the curtains , it was very dirty. Aircon in main bedroom not working. Dirty towels from previous guests still in mist in main bedroom.

The crockery and cutlery

Too much money for unclean property inside and outside and for the type of location. R700 per night should be charged and the property must be properly cleaned. The couches needs a wash. there were not even dish washing liquid to clean a cloth, the cloth is not a good one. no matches or any small items that makes life easier and better. We had to buy every single thing.

It was our 3rd stay at Phoenix 2. We stayed there in 2015 and again in 2017. We love the fact that Mosselbank is still peaceful and quiet. A short walk to the beach, blockout curtains for naps during the daytime, and aircon in the bedroom and the livingroom. Hummingbirds in the garden. Perfect place to rest.

Good location to beach

Need lanterns/lights for loadshedding. Wifi keeps cutting off.

The property requires maintenance. Several places showing damp. The braai needs replacement. The entertainment area outside could be better sheltered from the wind and cleaned up. The TV didn't work so we had no background music.
