ZAZACentrally located in the Vincent CBD area..very safe and close to all major amenities. Staff exceptionally friendly especially the front desk, they are highly professional.
The inner doors don’t have keys so anyone can just budge in (with it knocking) if you are either in the toilet or room. There was also lot of wind during our stay and the doors kept on banging against the doorposts..quite an annoying noise. Our room door kept on closing and opening on its own as the door lock was dysfunctional, another annoyance. It would be advisable to load as much electricity into the meters as possible as it’s embarrassing to wake up to a place with no power because electricity has run out..guests shouldn’t really be exposed to such things and then be reminded of check out time at exactly 10h00 without being given at least the courtesy of late check as compliment for the inconvenience of not being able to warm food, bath, etc as there was no power from very early morning and it took couple of minutes to load it.

The location, theres lot of cars moving up and down. Lacks parking space. The fact that you dont get the remote, you need to go to the reception everytime you go out.
AUThe place is very clean. Only the kitchen no curtains on the windows far too hot not enough privacy and cutlery. Bath towels are far too small. Thanks 😊.
