Apartamentul dispune de tot ce ai nevoie pentru ca sederea ta sa fie excelenta.

Nu este ceva ce nu mi a placut.

Nice apartment in Cluj, definitely the main attraction of it is the jacuzzi outside, btw - very nice terrace which you can access right from the bedroom (this is plus when you're visiting it in the winter and you don't want to freeze). The place has everything you may need: a fully equipped kitchen, towels and toiletries in the bathroom, a big TV with Netflix & whatnot etc. As mentioned, the jacuzzi is great - plenty of space for a couple or 2-3 people. You also have a nice table near it that you can use it for storing your things when in the jacuzzi.

These are not the worst things that can happen when renting a place to stay, but still - they kind of annoyed me so I'm gonna mention them: - I've received 3 different messages with a lot of instructions and rules to follow, including taking the garbage outside when leaving - less is more; - You have to pay a deposit prior to your stay, which will be refunded in case everything is okay; - Even though the instructions for picking up the keys were straight-forward, I highly recommend you make it even simpler for your future guests. If you're coming by car you have to first take the keys from the front of the building, then turn the car around and get to the back of the building so you can enter the garage; - Last, but maybe the most important thing --> the thermostat is already set, so if you feel cold and you somehow want to raise the temperature inside, above 21 degress, good luck! :))) There were -8 degrees outside during our stay, just saying.

I sleept at the dor….. couldnt get in. Code disnt worked. Already made a reclamation but i havent even got refunded. Payed for my stay and couldnt reach nobudy, second day the owner told me she was asleep and didnt hear her phone 😒

Shit experience, been a month now and cant reach nobudy still no money refunded. 0 communication worst booking experience

Apartamentul este frumos, curat și comod.

Încă de când am făcut rezervarea, am primit o listă lungă de reguli, precum și sancțiunile aplicate nerespectării lor. Nu am o problemă cu regulile, ci cu faptul ca primești un șir de lucruri de verificat înainte de a ajunge, cum ar fi prezența prosoapelor, vaselor, electrocasnicele să fie funcționale, și cu taxele plătite la plecare dacă ceva nu e în regulă. La check out nu trebuie să fie dezordine, deoarece ti se spune ca poți fi taxat separat, probabil din cei 300 lei lăsați garanție. Plus bineînțeles spălat vase, dus gunoi etc. Consider ca cine nu are din proprie inițiativă bun simț să lase totul în regulă în urma lui nu o va face oricum, nu îi poți cere bani extra ca nu și a spălat vasele, iar cine știe să se comporte doar se va simți nedorit în acea locație. Apartamentul arată bine, dar clar nu m aș mai întoarce, doar pentru ca am resimțit cazarea acolo ca pe un stres.
