Stayed here before, excellent little cottage close to the beach and facilities.

Absolutely everything was perfect. Jill was the perfect host, providing an immaculate and comfortable holiday home. Everything has been so well thought out, from the design to the furnishings and kitchen utilities. The walk-in shower was hot and powerful, the king-size bed was so comfortable and the living room sofa large and relaxing. The added washing machine and dishwasher were a great extra touch. The property is in a fantastic location, only a few minutes walk into the town and beach. All the extras provided made all the difference, washing pods, dishwasher tablets, tea, coffee, milk, kitchen roll, foil, cling film, toilet roll, cookies, even dog treats. This really is a superb property, Jill you are one wonderful host - Thank You!

Little Fernleigh was a lovely, modern, clean place to stay with everything you needed. It's in a great location for for exploring whether in the car or on foot. Would definitely recommend Little Fernleigh for couples wishing to visit Perranporth.

Lovely small but spacious place, with good use of space. Well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Presented with a feeling of home and comfort with a hint of the coast.

Found the recycling a bit intense, it was more than we're used to at home but all for good reason! The instructions were really helpful.

Perfect Little place for a stay with the dogs. Very clean with homely touches to make you feel welcome.,loved it.

The attention to detail in the place. Felt local and homely. Good facilities and modern with nice local touches. Cookies, milk and a great facilitiy hand book, comfy bed and felt a lot bigger than it was. Really well designed and my wife wanted to move in forever and Kylo our cat seamed very happy there as well.

Was our second time staying it really is a lovely place and would definitely be going back!
