"Visiting family and really just needed somewhere to sleep and escape!!"

Location ideal. Close to shops and beach. Milk tea coffee and biscuits left in the apartment for us.Owner contacted us to say that the apartment was ready if we wanted to get in early.

Not much space to dry clothes but realistically there's not much you can do about that.

"It was not cheap but it made getting to the beach a simple 10 min walk, and no parking hassle!"

We were staying locally the previous week which we had to vacate by 10am, so I rang Utopia on the Saturday morning and asked them if I could arrive earlier than the time we'd stated in our booking, and they were only to happy to oblige.

"Great location and Perranporth is lovely, Hollywell Bay beach is fantastic, and No 4 Cafe is a must"

The location was fabulous, and to park the car safe was good, the sunset views as promised was lovely , the property was very clean.

Definitely needs a comfier sofa !!!
