Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Alpen 1 Rayo de Sol in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Key collection hours: JUNE to SEPTEMBER - From Monday to Sunday: from 17:00 to 20:00 From OCTOBER to MAY - From Monday to Friday: from 16:00 to 19:00 - SATURDAYS: from 11:00 to 13:00 - SUNDAYS CLOSED The check-in prior to the schedule marked always SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY and under previous consultation with reception. Late Check-in: will be done by mailbox with code. Prior notice to reception. EXTRAS: (payment at reception) - Sheets: 6€/bed - Towels: 25€ / pack of 5 shower size towels (payment in cash) - Extra bed: 7€/day - Crib: 7€/day - Pet: 40€/ pet and stay Estimated pool hours: from June 15th to September 15th (hours to be paid by the community of owners of the urbanization) ** Stays from October 1st to May 31st of 7 nights or more do NOT include electricity in the price of the stay, it will be billed at the departure according to the consumption made by the client, according to the meter reading. In this accommodation you can not celebrate bachelor or bachelorette parties or similar parties. Persons under 18 years of age may only stay if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
