Я снимаю кондо у этого хозяина не первый раз и всегда очень довольна! Отличный бесперебойный интернет, Анирут всегда предлагает уборку. Тихо, всегда можно найти парковку во дворе. Нет тараканов и всякой другой живности, не душно. В общем как всегда все очень хорошо.

Great location, room, shower and staff

Facilities are excellent.

Centrio is a beautifully maintained apartment with all the necessary amenities. Everything was spotless and well-organized. It's an excellent value for the price. The location was ideal for me, situated in the heart of Phuket, 15-20 mins scooter ride to all the beaches and old town. I suggest renting a scooter when staying here. It offered a peaceful and calm atmosphere. There's also a convenient minimart right next to the main entrance gate for daily essentials and groceries. The apartment owner is kind and helpful, even assisting me with renting a scooter. Overall, I had a wonderful stay.

The host was helpful and very quick to respond. The bed was comfortable for sleeping. The wifi worked fine. The washing machine worked fine. It is a very short walk to Central Phuket Floresta Mall for shopping. Air conditioning worked well. Having a sofa bed was very good. There is also a good local minimart nearby.

The room was fine but the resort was very old and in poor shape. The pool was one of the worst I have seen with broken deck boards, exposed wiring in the pool, broken concrete around the edge of the pool and many broken tiles on the bottom of the pool. I only used the pool once during a 2 week stay. The exercise room had broken machines. The grounds could have been cleaner.
