Great stay with a convenient shared kitchen and excellent daily housekeeping. The room was cleaned every day, and we received two water bottles daily, which was a nice touch. Good location with easy access to nearby amenities. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

The location is in the middle of perhaps the dirtiest portion of Phuket town. Hot open sewage and raw garbage obstructing narrow to nonexistant sidewalks. The room was unclean, the bedding had obviously not been laundered since the previous occupant sweated in the bed, the shower and toilet are in the same uncleaned tile room and the toilet leaks from around the floor level gasket across the entire shower floor to a slow and grungy drain. The property does not appear to have any of the amenities as described, and the room we were placed in was not the one we selected and pair for in full, in advance.

The room and the property are not as described, nor as shown in photographs. I don't know when and under what conditions those images were prepared, but the reality is not as described or shown in the images. After one uncomfortable night, because it was too late to get a different hotel in the vicinity, we contacted the host to check out. She would not come to meet us, insisted that we leave the room key in an unsecured kitchen, and then contacted someone who was working in the garden to retrieve the keys. After contacting booking to revise our reservation from 6 nights to just the one, the host had the gall to ask why we had not spoke with her before checking out; when she had answered the phone and then refused to make herself available for that very conversation. The host did not respond to booking staff request for a modification of the reservation and in the end booking was able to only credit us with one night's value in or 'future booking' wallet, no recovery for the unused 5 nights fee from property.

Central location

I like to stay bit outside of the center. Rooms are nice, be careful of ants, they were not a problem but also worth noting

Behaviour ,lot of restriction and rules what they are made 7 o clock evening main gate will close and 8/30 what they fecilated kitchen will closed. we came yesterday @ 9/30 the guy shouted us to while we prepare our food that time badly so arrogantly .
