Casa Vittoria

Very friendly and attentive hosts. Very clean. Great location. Lovely locals. Many restaurants and shops nearby. This was my second visit to Casa Vittoria. I greatly appreciated the new additions - blackout blinds on all windows, door stops, ant-slip mat in shower/ bathtub, and a large freestanding refrigerator (with a huge gift basket of fruit and water when I arrived that evening).

No negatives. If I were to make any additions, I would suggest a shopping trolley to carry water and groceries from the supermarket and maybe a free standing fan if desired on very hot days but neither are essential and would simply be considered as extra perks.

Outdoor space is perfect for relaxing. Lounge space is welcoming and beds are comfortable. Location is perfect.

Some signs of wear and lack of maintenance. Kitchen tap is broken, some lights don’t work, washing machine is very noisy even with a very small load.

Large sun terrace, very comfortable rooms and great location. Within walking distance (10 mins) of a large Spar supermarket and there is a lovely fruit & veg shop very close by (2 mins) that also stocks water/beer etc. There is a good selection of restaurants to chose from along the promenade. A special mention to Jorge who looked after us via Watsapp and was available to us at all times, even late in the evening of our last day when our airport transfer was cancelled unexpectedly. Jorge came to the rescue and organised a taxi to pick us up from the apartment the morning of our departure - Gracias Jorge 😊

The host was very attentive and provided lots of useful information. The place was as per the description, very well located.

Nothing to mention

Casa Vittoria has a lovely big terrace which catches the sun in part from morning till evening. It is quite close to the beach

Unfortunately the weather wasn't great and the apartment was quite cold at night. We requested a heater which was promptly supplied by the host

Was in a nice and quiet place, very homey, made us feel like at home, decent neighbourhood. There was a shopping center about 6 min walk, then down the road to the beach about 1 min, nice restaurants on the beach side, very friendly people, even if you don’t speak much Spanish.

Nothing major, but you could tell that some bits around the house needs re-doing from time to time, otherwise everything was up to standard
