Luxury Art Apartment

Hezke misto s krasnym vyhledem na ocean.

V apartmánu se objevilo několik švábů typu "German Cockroach". Z ubytování jsme se proto po 4 nocích odstěhovali. Ikdyž majitel nám slíbil, že nám peníze za neprobydlené noci vrátí, nestalo se tak a v komunikaci už nepokračuje. Dle Bookingu nám odmítá vrátit peníze, nikdo nám nesdělil důvod. Nedostatecny uklid, je videt, ze majitel apartman vyuziva hojne k pronajmu, ale neinvestuje do nej zpet, susak na pradlo rozbity.

La limpieza no era especialmente buena. Los sofás se notaba que no estaban muy limpios y la cocina tenía cucarachas

Csodálatos kilátás, remek elhelyezkedés, nagyon kedves házigazda.

Néhány dolog kicsit le van amortizálva, nem voltak olyan alap dolgok elérhetők, mint só vagy wc papír, esetleg pár db kávé kapszula. Ezeket vennünk kellett

Looking for parking space

View from the apartment was the best we've ever had - open your curtains and the sea is right there, so peaceful! The host was wonderful, great communication responded to any little queries we had immediately. Even helped us book a taxi back to the airport. We arrived late, and there were two large bottles of water in the apartment, much appreciated! Shower jel/shampoo, plenty of toilet paper available. All the little extra's that made our stay more comfortable.

Unfortuanately noise from downstairs or an adjoining apartment every morning 7am (consistently!). It was either a water pump or washing machine, my husband thinks it was a water pump. It was quite noisy and woke us every morning. no lie in's unfortunately! The door to the apartment is between two parts of Case Tere and sometimes there was barely enough space to squeeze through people chairs (a little embarrassing!). Apartment was clean, however a bit of renovation needed - headboard in one road the cover was worn/torn. Armchair in living room was also torn. Minor but just wanted to point out.
