Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen vom Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war top. Ich werde wieder kommen.

Прекрасна гірська місцевість. Близько до Aквапарку. Хороша кухня з усіма зручностями та повністю з усім необхідним для приготування їжі. Сучасна посудомийка. Дуже привітний господар, який радо зустрів і все розповів і показав у помешканні. Є дитячий майданчик, що дуже прекрасно з дітьми, проте нам трішки не пощастило з погодою, бо коли був час для прогулянки з дитиною - падав дощ. Інший час - проводили в Аквапарку . Дім гарний і відчуваєш себе, як дома)

Трішки непродуманий душ у ванній кімнаті. Оскільки щоразу після прийняття душу доводилось все навколо витирати від води, яка звісно ж розбризкувалась повсюди, включаючи унітаз. І незручні подушки, які б варто було поміняти, оскільки наповнення подушок збилось давно і на ранок після сну шия боліла. Все решта - чудово!

We chose this accommodation because of its proximity to the Sorpe Dam (approximately 30 minutes' drive away) and the Möhne Dam (60 minutes) that the Dambusters attacked and which we were coming to visit. There is also a water park ten minutes' walk away (which could be useful on a rainy day!), railway station 15-20 minutes' walk, and the small (25,000-30,000 inhabitants) town of Plettenberg five minutes' drive away. Host was flexible with us arriving slightly later than advertised at short notice and was really friendly and welcoming. The apartment was very cosy and relaxing and made for a welcome change from hotel rooms. Sometimes it's nice to all be in the same unit and to have more than just your hotel room to spread out and relax into. I particularly liked the wetroom shower.

The terrace was a little slippy when wet and could possibly have done with some moss scrubbing off it. We couldn't work the oven out and the host took some time figuring it out himself, but eventually got it working for us. We also couldn't for the life of us find the switch to turn on the two lights above the kitchen area! You would need to plan your movements very carefully if you were relying on public transport rather than having a car.

That I didn't stay more than a couple days. I'm so coming back when I have time.

Beautiful appartment in the attic in the host's own house. Garden had swings, a trampoline and a pool and was shared with the friendly host.

Very friendly and hospitable owners. Very clean and quiet appartment, cool enough on maybe the hottest day of the year (37C) due to great tripple glass isolation. During the night there was a really good option for cross-ventilation due to big open windows/doors with bugshields and a very powerful portable fan. Great facilities in the kitchen, all very clean too. Nice heated pool in the garden. Really close to Aquamaris. The village has supermarkets that are open untill late. Driving to this place was really nice, with good mountainroads leading there.
