Parking facility is not adequate for a 4 wheeler. This is because the approach road to the property is very narrow and more often than not it is crowded with bikes parked in all possible orientations, causing obstacles in entering the premises.
INININIts very budget friendly stay, if you are going with family then easily 6 to10 people can stay here. Only concern might be the lane to enter this stay, its bit narrow. Its not a major issue, but other facilities you get is good.
