INThis property was booked on May 18th with the check in on 25th May but the property manager called us on the morning of 25th and said that our villa has been booked by some other person. He suggested a different villa of his, but he was forcing us to pay the advance before 30 mins while we were getting ready for the trip. I did not like this attitude and I asked him to wait for 1 hour but he did not wait and rented the property to a different person. when we called him , he did not answer to our calls and when he finally attended the call he is saying he is not aware that we booked this property and he blamed us saying we should have called him and informed that we have booked the property. He also said ' Only Tamil people are doing this'. I'm a travel freak and have stayed in so many hotels, villas and suites but never seen such a inhospitable behaviour towards the customer. His attitude towards is so bad and unacceptable. Such money minded people do not deserve to do business. Please take necessary action and update me on it. If there is no action taken I wouldn't recommend booking.com to any of my friends or family.

Only a head up! Road accessing the property is a bit narrow. But still can drive by car. This will not impact your stay in anyway. Still property cannot do anything for narrow roads. So never a negative for the property.
INWe had a very comfortable stay at Dj Villa. I would like to thank Mr Jose Paul for being such a nice host. The Apartment was spotless clean and all appliances were working properly. Inside car parking is also available. The rooms were spacious too.
INNice and clean spacious apartments. There is good parking space and the facilities were maintained well. The owner Mr. Jose is friendly and ensured our stay was comfortable.
There was a little bit of a mosquito problem but was manageable

1. Stinking drain outside the house. 2. Geyser and television cable never functioned. 3. Bedrooms lack basic facilities, tables, or chairs. 4. Most primitive setup of kitchen with plastic trays and burnt out utensils. 5. Not worth the money.
