The damp smell when you enter,The toilet downstairs is smelly,needs a deep cleaning try using drain acid and toilet balls,torn curtains are a worst thing you can see when entering a self catering,gives a bad impression,braai grid was dirty,they only finished cleaning up when we arrived after I have been communicating I will be in the area a few hours early,if they can replace the cutlery which is rusted,dining seats,outside table and chairs,braai grid,smelly toilet,torn curtains,door and window frame paint,close the Lid on the Jojo tank all the dirt is going in,the place can be better

The view was great.

No lights in the kitchen dinningroom area had to have supper in the dark. No smart TV like seriously which era you living in. Led light was not working even when charged. Toilet blocked downstairs. Wifi was not working. There was this very terrible smell coming from the freezer in the one corner. The couches need a deep clean. This was honestly the worse accommodation I've ever booked at settlers sands.

Absolutely nothing, this was a horrible place and would not recommend anyone stay here!!!

The place looked like it had been robbed recently, the wifi did not work, we could not open the back door at all, there were dirty marks on almost all of the walls. The curtains were disgusting and did not block out any light. We could not sleep because of the sound of water from the bathroom. This was the worst stay I've ever had on Booking.com. I am incredibly disappointed!!! Our entire trip was ruined because of this place!!

The location is awesome.

First of all, half the lights in this property do not work. The house had a very bad smell when we walked in like a Damp smell. My 1 year old was walking around with white socks. Within 1 hour, they were gone black with dirt like the house had never been moped in ages. The dishes were washed so poorly u could still see stains on the plates and Glasses. The whole house seems very dusty as if they never cleaned it after the previous guests had left.
