The place could've been good if everything was working

The geyser wasn't working we bathed with Cold water, I tried calling the numbers that were there with no luck, it kept on tripping I'm sick with flue as I'm typing this message, the DSTV wasn't working as well. No one was there to welcome us or whatsoever, I'll never book that place again. The lights some were not working they kept on flickering it was really a bad experience.

Guidos patrons very noisy during night. Sleeping with the noise a challenge.

Closeness to beach , shops and restaurantss. Area of portalfred very clean. Appreciate the dstv on rainy days. Sea view from balcony, lovely shower and bedrooms, comfy beds

I wish there was a swimming pool in complex, and wi fi in the unit.

The location was good and the TV channels were premium.

The kitchen. Dishwash liquid was not refilled, the refrigerator is very old, no washing machine, a very small microwave, spoons are big like dishing spoons. In the bathroom the hand washing liquid was not replaced. No wifi. The main bedroom bed is so uncomfortable, a very old bed. No cover or roof at the front of the lounge where we were supposed to relax for sea breeze.
