It’s a beautiful place

The WiFi network was not available, When we checked in the towels were not in the room. At the Restaurant they didn’t have chicken and 60% of the meals had chicken so we had to go and eat somewhere else. So out of 10 I give them 3/10

It’s in the perfect location

The room needs maintenance, bathroom was dirty with holes and cockroaches were coming out.

I stayed in unit F05, which is privately owned and advertised on booking.com. The room had a putrid odour that seemed to be coming through the walls. Everything in this unit was disgustingly filthy. The bedding had visible stains and marks that made it hard to decipher if they were even washed. The toilet and bathroom looked like a scene from a horror movie, with zero ventilation, making every bath feel like torture. The aircon had dust flying out. There was a t.v with streaming services, however there is no wifi. There was a soundbar with no batteries in the remote. There were headlamps on the nightstand with no working globes. This was by far the worst stay possible and no matter what is wrong with the place you can't get assistance from staff there as they tell you there's nothing they can do since it's a privately owned unit. The owner needs to visit to see all of the horror that is within those walls. My husband and I spent all of our time out and only went back there to sleep, which was still too much to bear. I DO NOT RECOMMEND UNIT F05 TO ANYONE! YOU DON'T GET YOUR MONEY'S WORTH.

The grater was so badly rusted couldn't use, no toaster? wifi but not working? no sim and couldn't watch tv because of that. Cleaner couldn't get sim card as requested because she is not a S A citizen wouldn't allow her so no tv during the week stay. No arrangements on where to leave the key on our departure at 5 o clock this morning. Handed the key to Herman from Ocean View at reception as he was the only person there, apparently the key went missing. Don't know who he gave the key to. Asked the cleaner to find out. I was falesly accused of breaking the tv stand received an email from you that I have to pay R1500??? then told by the owner it was miscommunication and misunderstanding so not very happy at all.

No proper kitchen utensils and cutlery, all odds and ends really bad. Not even cereal bowls, just one and another green medium size plastic bowl. It's ridiculous. Please shape up, poor upkeep without the tv not working due to no wifi?? One bedside cupboard draw without the bottom? Very poorly equipped.

Location was great. Didn't have breakfast. Found key in unit after nobody at reception knew where it was.

The unit was not properly clean. Cockroaches in the place. Not sufficient kitchen utensils. No wifi as advertised, TV didn't play at all and owner was reluctant to contact me even after the receptionist contacted him. I was disgusted. Fortunately the people around and great places around made up for bad accommodation.

The place is easily accessible and it was clean

They sent me from pillar to post for keys. The room had non functional air conditioning, television and a broken studio couch.
