The breathtaking views and convience , the manager Dave was professional, helpful and kind. He met my expectations and went out of his way to ensure my standards were met.

The poor communication between the receptionist staff, no proper response given in time or feedback given to queries. Had to keep calling in for feedback and reminders. The walkway area to the beach needs to be lit up as its too dark at night and we had to use phone torches. The braai area did not have a light above, so we had to use phone torches to see when using this facility as the light was only available on the opposite side wall.
